What we do

Four jobs, done properly.

Every job starts with a walk around the roof and a written price. No surprises halfway through.

Roof replacement

Tear off down to the deck, new underlayment, architectural shingles and a new ridge vent. Most homes take one or two days.

Most homes $9,500 to $16,000

Leaks and repairs

Missing shingles, cracked boots around vents, lifted flashing, a ridge cap that blew off. Found, photographed and fixed.

Small repairs from $350

Storm damage

Photos and a written report for your insurance company, and we meet the adjuster on your roof.

Report with every inspection

Gutters and guards

One piece gutters cut on site, downspouts sized for real rain, and guards so you stop climbing ladders.

What homeowners say.

★★★★★
They found the leak two other roofers missed, fixed it the same week, and the bill matched the estimate to the dollar.

Full replacement on a two story house. The crew showed up at seven and left the yard cleaner than they found it.

After the hail they walked me through the insurance claim and met the adjuster on the roof. I did not have to chase anyone.

Questions

Before you call.

How long does a replacement take?

Most single family homes take one or two days. You get the start date before we begin, and a call right away if weather moves it.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We photograph the damage, write the report, and meet the adjuster at your house.

What happens to the old roof?

We tear it off, haul it away, and run a magnet across the yard for nails before we leave.

Do I need to be home?

Only for the inspection walk around. On install days we just need the driveway clear.
