Our Story
Started in 2019 by chef Eduardo Reyes, Lalo's Kitchen is a slow food kitchen in Reston serving family recipes passed down four generations. Eduardo grew up at his grandmother's comal in Puebla, learning the patience that turns a pot of carnitas into something worth driving across town for.
We cook for guests who notice the difference between a tortilla pressed by hand that morning and one out of a bag. Family owned since 2019, hand pressed tortillas daily, dishes worth coming back for.
