Home / How it works

Three steps.
One price.

You see the finished site before any money changes hands. That is the part most people are nervous about, so it is the part I put first.

Tell me about your business

One short message or one call. I am not going to send you a twenty question intake form before we have spoken.

All I actually need

  • The business name and what you do
  • Three things you want on the site
  • Where your customers are, so the page is written for them
  • Anything you already have: logo, photos, menu, price list

If you have none of that, say so. A phone full of photos and nothing else is a perfectly good starting point.

What I do with it

Before I write a line, I look at your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whatever site you already have. Sometimes that turns up something worth more than the website, and if it does I will tell you, even when it means a smaller job for me.

I build it and send you a link

Not a picture of a website. The actual site, working, on a private link you can open on your own phone and hand to your partner or your staff.

What you get to do with it

  • Open it on your phone, which is how your customers will see it
  • Show it to whoever you want before deciding
  • Tell me what is wrong with it
  • Walk away. You have not paid anything at this point

One revision is included

One round of changes is in the $300. Say everything you want changed in one go and I make those changes. Further rounds are quoted separately off a fixed edit list, so the number is never a surprise.

You pay, I put it live

Cash App, Venmo or Zelle, paid in full. Then it goes live on a real URL, and the URL and the site belong to you.

What yours means

  • The domain is registered to you, not to me
  • You can move the site anywhere, any time, without asking
  • You are not renting it back from me every month
  • If you never speak to me again, the site keeps working

And then I go away

There is no monthly fee attached to the build. If you want me looking after it every month that is a separate thing you choose on purpose, at $300 a month, and you can start it later or never.

Before you ask

Six questions, answered straight

What if I do not like it?

Tell me what is wrong and I change it, once, inside the price. If you still do not want it, you do not pay and you do not take the site. That is the whole reason you see it before paying rather than after.

Do you offer a refund?

No, and I never have. You approve the site before you pay, which is the protection. Once it is paid and live, the money is spent.

Can you guarantee I will get more customers?

No. Nobody honest can. What I will tell you is what the site does and does not do, and if I think a website is not your actual problem I will say that instead of selling you one.

Why is it only one page?

Because for most local businesses one page that does its job beats five pages that dilute it. If your business genuinely needs more, say so and I will quote it. The two trading rooms in the demos are seven pages each, so the ceiling is not the page count, it is what the business actually needs.

I already have a website. Is it worth talking?

Often yes, and often the answer is not a rebuild. On a site that already works, content updates, a Google Business Profile rebuild and a page speed fix can do more than starting over. Monthly webmaster service is sold on its own with no build attached.

Do you do this full time?

I am a solo operator. You deal with me from the first message through to after it is live. Nobody hands you to an account manager, because there is nobody to hand you to.
